  Staff were friendly and helpful. The car in front of me in the bay was taking a long time and someone came out to apologize to me about it. I did wait quite a while, like I was there about an hour, but once I got in there the service was fast and they made sure my tires were properly inflated and they even washed my windshield once I mentioned I was about to drive to LA.

  I've been a loyal customer at this location since it first opened several years ago. Yesterday I went in for a routine oil change. The service itself was fine, but the checkout experience was unacceptable. The employee at checkout, Martin, asked if I had any coupons. I showed him the email promotions I receive directly from Jiffy Lube, which include scannable barcodes. He told me he couldn't scan them and that they only accept a specific type of promotion code — but couldn't explain where customers are supposed to get those codes. So Jiffy Lube sends promotions that their own locations won't honor? When I politely asked if there were any in-store coupons available, Martin's tone changed completely. He made a dismissive remark saying "I haven't seen your face before here" — implying I wasn't a regular customer, which is simply untrue. When I calmly asked why he was speaking to me that way, Martin closed the computer, said he wasn't going to help me, and walked away to the mechanic shop area — leaving me standing there. Another employee, Jose, stepped in and handled the situation professionally. I'm disappointed because I've always had good experiences here before. But Martin's rude behavior and his refusal to complete a transaction simply because a customer asked a reasonable question is not okay. I hope the ownership addresses this — Martin needs proper customer service training, because behavior like this will drive away loyal customers.

  I came to get my woman her maintenance done & the guy was very efficient! He went over the requirements of her vehicle and what it needed. Overall I got a $33 off coupon & the total was less than going to Toyota & paying an arm and a leg. Thank you jiffy lube team!

  Absolutely fantastic service at Jiffy Lube in Tracy! Craig helped me out and made the whole experience quick and easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that was being done to my car. The team worked efficiently and I was in and out in no time. I really appreciate Craig’s professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location—ask for Craig if you want great service!

  I will start off the with the positive. The service level and the employees were great. They finished my oil change and tire rotation quickly. However, the price they charge me for the oil change and tire rotation is significantly more than the dealership. I was going to walk away but I was pressed for time therefore decided to pay the Tracy CA, Jiffy Lube price. They said “ the cost is $170 for an oil change is justified due to their speed of service vs going to the authorized dealership. I’m all for capitalism, but this Pricing structure takes it too far..
