I had picked up a compact SUV that wasn't spacious enough for luggage and had called the staff at this location to ask for a last minute switch, which they accommodated without hesitation. After the trip, I realized I had signed the contracts with previous car charged for an hour and was pretty disappointed. (Did realize it was a standard practice when switching vehicles) The next day when I returned the vehicle, I asked the staff if they could waive the hourly fee on the first vehicle and they were gracious enough to do so immediately. Really put a smile on my face and made my rental experience special during the holiday season. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. Will surely be back for my next trip rental as well.
