We booked a full-size SUV before checking the reviews, and when I later saw some negative ones, it made me a little uneasy. However, this location turned out to be the best Enterprise we’ve ever rented from! Usually, other locations call a couple of days before pickup, but this one didn’t. It wasn’t a problem though, I called and Nelson answered. He was very kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. On the day of pickup, Nelson helped us again. Instead of just giving us any vehicle, he showed us four different options, walked us to each one, and asked what we were looking for so he could help us choose the best fit. That level of service was amazing! We ended up choosing a Jeep Wagoneer and absolutely loved it. When we returned the car, another gentleman assisted us and asked how everything went and whether the staff had been helpful and kind, which showed they truly care about their customers’ experience. We had a great experience with this location and will definitely be renting from them again.
