I went in specifically asking about a core charge, and the lady went on about not being able to return the battery and it not being under warranty. Core charges are not returns or warranty claims. Incompetent and rude customer service. Dont waste your time - Oreilly is much better. I asked for a core charge and they understood right away. What a joke.
