I always get updated about my car’s health and am advised what the routine maintenance is without feeling pressured (like other places we know!). Elias and Jorge serviced my car. They are always friendly and patient with my questions. Highly recommend the location in Torrance, but I’ve used Valvoline out of town too and the friendliness and attentiveness is consistent.

Multiple checks are done before they finish your services to ensure quality. I had the pleasure of talking to Montrail and a couple of the other gentlemen working at this location and I have to say.. I left feeling at ease & the car drove perfectly! 🙏🏼😊 Shoutout to the staff, they really do have an awesome team! Will be returning.

He was also able to reset the computer. Bonus, he checked my tire pressure and discovered one of my tires was severely overinflated, increasing the wear. Really appreciate how thorough they were and that they took the time to answer all my questions!
- VKVictoria KratzApr 19, 20265.0My own mini-pit crew! Elias, et.al. were very professional, explained all steps clearly, and didn’t give any pressure to add on recommended services. (An oil change was the initial reason for my visit.) I liked the communication and safety checks among the service reps and how they looked up recommended specs on oil type, tire air pressure, and torque settings for lug nuts (I opted to add on a tire rotation as it was overdue.) In addition, the good natured interaction between the service reps was highly entertaining. A very successful and seamless process and costs were good value. Much easier and enjoyable than going to my dealership. I will be a repeat customer. 👏
