The technician told me everything was fine, then came back later and changed her story, saying it wasn’t and that I had to take extra steps. This entire situation could’ve been avoided if she had paid attention from the start. They advertise a 15-minute wait, which is a complete lie. I waited over 2 HOURS just to be helped. After that, they stuck me in a bay with a bunch of technicians standing around doing nothing while I continued to wait. Total lack of communication, accountability, and urgency. My time was completely wasted. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I will admit we must have been pretty annoying asking for the restroom, asking questions, asking for services, even asking for a discount at checkout! Victor handled everything like a boss!!! He walked my cousin to the restroom, verified and assisted every service, and even managed to keep a positive attitude. Mind you it is busy and also the day just after Christmas. Keep up the good work Victor!! I am a loyal Valvoline customer, and will continue to be with Valvoline attendants like you!
