    One of the best most easiest car purchases I’ve ever made. Doug the manager and Tania helped me with a reliable , family car for me and my babies and I just can’t thank them enough ! Customer service is amazing . They really make sure you feel heard and give you the help you need . Even with my credit not being the best they made sure I left with the car I wanted .

    Wonderful experience at Nissan Of Torrance. The guys Doug Gayagas, Jose Enriquez, and a wonderful lady in finance Liliana Bandea took good care of me. They made my purchase a great experience.. Oh, also Jesus Rosales each individual made this happen.

    Great experience at this Nissan dealership! I wasn’t sure what car I wanted, but Jose and Doug took the time to show me different options until I found the perfect one. I had my 2-year-old with me, and Doug was incredibly kind and played with him while we were waiting — which I really appreciated. Jesus also gave us a great deal, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this team!

    So I have a 2017 Titan P.R ,I have an extended warranty I purchased through car max,so I had injector issues and car max could not and would not do the work,and they suggested I have it towed to the dealership,well my personal dealership is Empire Nissan,and towing would not be covered and I unwilling allowed it to be taken there,so of course you have to wait for them to diagnose it,well after two days if no updates I decided to call them , Cris.F the service guy was dry and really seemed he needed a vacation,I had to tell ask why am I calling you when you've had my truck going on the third day s and you haven't updated me ,he no excuse other than we're really busy,well I said I'm apart of your busyness as well right? Anyway after telling him about himself he became more informative, I asked how much my bill was going to be out the door and he told me $774, I asked is that with all taxes included,yes he replied, of course I always bring extra. Upon arrival to Torrance Nissan,mind you I have never been there before, so when I walked in every one was busy but they all looked up to see who walked in, an Hispanic woman looked up at me an quickly looked back at her notes so I politely interrupted her,her without looking up asked my I help you again never looking up, I asked for Chris, before I could let her have it,(because no look response is worse than ignoring a person). Chris walked up and said I'm Chris... Your total is 850 I said with question what happened to 749 out the door then he replied what about taxes and said yes I asked you the total out the door price, anyways before he could reply I pulled out 900, handed him 800... Him without reaching said do you have it exactly,I replied why this million dollar dealership doesn't have 50 dollars change? He said no. I asked him you mean every person pays with a card cards here today, before he could answer I walked out to my other car to get my wallet.i so pissed because I knew he had change before I pulled out my card I asked so what if I didn't have this card what was he gonna do he just stared at me like it was an question he couldn't answer, I paid and he said your truck is outside.with all the plastic service numbers 🔢 cards still laid out in a mess no walk out to go over what was did. Just take it and go. LIKE I SAID MY DEALERSHIP IS EMPIRE NISSAN WHERE THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT. AND I WILL NEVER RETURN TO TORRANCE NISSAN,BY THE WAY ITS THERE FOR A THREE WEEKS!!

    Today, I set out to help my mother get into a car that was safe and reliable. After reading some of the mostly positive reviews, I decided to give this dealership a chance. At first, the experience felt promising. The initial conversation with the sales representative was smooth and professional—until we got to discussing the rates. The numbers I was verbally quoted did not match the final offer. When I asked for clarification, I was told to speak directly with the GM. Unfortunately, that conversation was where things went downhill. While Frank initially framed the conversation as “How can I earn your business?” his tone quickly felt disingenuous. When I expressed that I felt the higher rate was unreasonable, he responded by raising his voice and saying, “No bro, you’re being ridiculous.” That interaction alone made it clear this is not a place where I feel comfortable or confident doing business—especially when it comes to something as important as my family’s safety and finances. Also Frank please stop texting me to correct this interaction from an “818” number.
