I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine nature of the the Martin Chevrolet sales team. Robbie Watt in particular handled every question about the Chevy Equinox EV with expertise which gave me great confidence in our purchase. It's been 13 years since I last shopped for a new car, and I'd never leased before, so I was a bit nervous about the process. I started by sending an inquiry to Martin Chevrolet about the Blazer I was interested in, and I quickly received a friendly, no-pressure reply from Aaron.
Aaron was outstanding from the very first response. He patiently answered every question I had about the Blazer itself, as well as the pros and cons of leasing versus buying. There was zero high-pressure sales tactics—just honest, straightforward information that helped me make an informed decision.
Once I decided to move forward with the lease, Aaron went above and beyond to make everything smooth. He ensured the vehicle was perfectly prepared and ready for pickup. He worked around my schedule without any hassle and took plenty of time during delivery to walk me through all the features of the Blazer, making sure I felt comfortable and confident.

I am very disappointed with this dealer and their associates. I did not intend to raise this issue and planned to resolve my vehicle problem with another dealer. However, the circumstances left me no choice but to speak up, as it would not be fair to overlook the service I received.
I brought my car to this location because a warning light had come on. The technician kept my vehicle for seven days, explaining the delay was due to weekends and holidays. In the end, he found nothing wrong and only recommended a few services, including an oil change. I was charged $479.00.
Less than a month later, the same warning light came on again, and this time the vehicle completely stopped working. I then took the car to Chevrolet of Carson. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with courtesy and genuine professionalism—this is what true customer service looks like.
They performed a proper diagnosis and fixed multiple issues.which was covered under my warranty. The total charge was $0.00.

I have had a very poor customer service experience in the service department which is still ongoing. My grill and bumper wrap and liscense plate holder was damaged while getting an engine replacement. It looked as if it was dropped. They lied about it first saying the issue with the bumper and liscense plate holder was there already. I asked to see the intake video and it didn't show that damage prior to me turning it over to them.
After going back and forth they finally agreed to replace the grill and liscense plate holder but not to fully cover repair the damage on the grill wrap citing it had already been over 48 hrs before I discovered this and brought it to their attention. They said that they would go half and half with me. I initially thought about it but quickly found it was very costly so "I said let's focus on the grill and plate holder for now" and give them back the truck to repair that.
So after coming to pick my truck back up the first thing I noticed was that the person who they had repairing my car had tried to use glue to repair the grill which had then dripped onto my headlight which has a vehicle wrap and the already damaged wrap on the bumper. He unsuccessfully attempted to remove the glue from the headlight but only wound up scrapping off the vehicle wrap. So at this point all that had to be replaced. The grill because to glue didn't work and the wrap on both the headlight and the bumper.
I asked them to just replace the grill and plate holder for now because they said that they vehicle wrap would take 3 days at least and because my truck had already been in the shop for about two weeks and I use it for luxury rideshare and I couldn't afford to not be working right now.
While that was being repaired the hood received a deep scratch to the metal. Which to be honest felt intentional. I noticed it as soon as I left the shop and took the truck to get washed. I took pictures and sent it to my service manger Walter Bravo. The next day he tells me that the intake video shows the big scratch was already there when I handed it over to him. I asked to see the video and it did not. He lied about it just like he lied about the damage to my bumper already being there. So after this he responded that "he wasn't going to do anything
about it". Its been a nightmare to have to go back and forth up to this place and deal with the unprofessionalism, the lack of care and the lack of accountability.
I use my vehicle for business and this is making me miss out on work while repairs of damage which they continue to make take place. On top of it all they told me that "they will never work on my car again",as if I would ever let them!
UPDATE!!!!
So I contacted the Store Manager per the owners
request. After several calls and messages that I left in attempt to resolve the issue. Mr.Cook has not in two weeks returned any of my calls. Case in point the issues with this location are internal. My bad experience continues. I will seek other options.
