They hadn't processed it, so when I got there I was standing around at the counters until someone finally acknowledged me. The battery was sitting right in front of one of the associates. When I said, "I belive that's the battery I ordered online.", the associate just shrugged, printed the invoice and as they were walking away said, "You can go."
