Decent car-buying experience but service is a nightmare. Slow, overwhelmed, unfriendly and poorly communicating. They say they’ll call you; all lies. You’ll need to call them multiple times and you will need to coordinate between their service and parts departments as they don’t seem willing or able to do that.

Showed poor customer service. I made an appointment to see a car that they had already sold earlier that day and they didn’t tell me that. Then tried to sell me a more expensive car. Not a good experience.

I came in to pick up a part for my vehicle. Parked on the street was able to use the bathroom really easily, picked up my part within thirty seconds and back in my car, heading home.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this Hyundai dealership. I came in simply to return my lease through Hyundai Motor Finance, something that should be straightforward, and was told they “don’t have room” to accept the vehicle unless i buy another vehicle from them the same day.
That’s honestly unacceptable. Lease returns are a standard part of the process, and customers shouldn’t be turned away because of poor planning or lack of organization. I wasn’t asking for anything special—just to complete the end of my lease like any other customer without the manager trying to get me to buy another car just to turn in the lease I already had.
Instead, I was left scrambling to figure out what to do next, wasting time and dealing with unnecessary stress. There was no effort to offer a solution, schedule a later time, or even point me in the right direction.
This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re considering doing business here, just be aware that support may disappear when it’s time for them to actually help you. The dealership in Oxnard is where i would go for a good deal and a better experience!
Would not recommend at all, I have done many leases and bought many cars for myself, family, and friends, dozens at this point and have never dealt with such an entitled and unreasonable manager. Stay away, go to Oxnard.
I tried to work with them to purchase a vehicle, but a salesman named Thomas was super rude and condescending, and told me I wasn't "serious" because I wanted to discuss terms via email instead of being hounded on the phone or driving an hour to the dealer. Reeked of chauvinism and outdated pushy salesmanship. Fortunately there are plenty of other dealers out there.
