  Best place for Mercedes service if it’s not included with your car. Professional, efficient, top tier service and more convenient than any dealership. Had service A & B done here. Will come back again and again. Not to mention, extremely reasonable prices.

  Sometimes it's amazing what you can find with a simple Google search. In this case I found an honest and skilled mechanic at a fair price. I can't recall ever having a better experience getting my car repaired. Professional all the way. I was happy to hand over my credit card at the end and felt confident that the problem had been addressed properly. My BMW has never run better. I'll be back. Thank you, Sanjiv and Kishore!

  Exclusive Auto Service in Thousand Oaks came very highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the shop and office (that says a lot to me) along wih the owner Sanjiv's availability and willingness to pick up the phone repeatedly to answer all of my many questions. His service tech drove me home after I dropped my car for repairs, and picked me up on completion...and I didn't have to call and pester about when it would be done because they gave me a time, stuck to it, and called ME when my car was ready and came to get me right away. Other than the fact that my car needed semi-major repairs, the entire experience was painless, dare I say, pleasant! Oh, and Sanjiv gave me a fair deal (I know bcuz I got estimates from other nearby shops). I cannot say enough good things about Exclusive. FINALLY, someone I can trust with my German car! I'll definitely be going back for all of my car service needs from now on.
