- JTJC T2 days ago5.0How lucky was I! We rolled into this Valvoline on Thousand Oaks Blvd today in our animal rescue vehicle! We are the founders of the 501c3 rescue, Furever Home! Avril greeted us and we got to talking about our rescue work and how tight it has been because we did so much rescue work over the holidays! Avril said she would brb and she asked Sergio and William, the managers, and they gave us a special 15% discount which was a big help because of course we get the full synthetic oil with all the filters because we depend on the rescue vehicle!! Victor was the charmer, with a great mustache, who helped us with checking out and chatted about wanting a dog himself! Gino was under the hood working his magic and made everything good as new again! You could not find a nicer more professional group of people to take care of you! Thank you so much Avril, Sergio, William, Victor, And Gino!! 😀😀🙏🙏🙏🧡🧡

I clearly warned the staff in advance that my car had an issue with the oil filter and that it might be difficult to replace. Despite this, they didn’t even try to address the problem—they simply drained the old oil, poured in new oil, and completely ignored the filter without telling me anything. After doing only half of the job, they still charged me $90 plus tax, essentially for an incomplete service. This feels like a blatant lack of professionalism and an unwillingness to do their work properly. This kind of attitude toward customers is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who values their money and time.
