  I had an extremely frustrating experience here. I came in for a very simple fix, something that should have taken no more than 15 minutes, and somehow it turned into almost a two-hour ordeal. The staff was slow, disorganized, and honestly came across as rude and dismissive. I felt completely left hanging with no clear communication about what was taking so long. There was no sense of urgency or respect for my time, and the lack of professionalism caused unnecessary delays that threw off my entire day. What should have been a quick, routine visit turned into a mess. I would not recommend coming here if you value your time or expect basic customer service. Extremely disappointing experience.

  I went in for an oil change because I saw a sign out front for a $65 oil change. It was my first time there and the gentlemen out front were very professional and kind. I had mentioned that I kept hearing something coming from my brakes and they said that they would check it out and do a full car inspection. After sitting in the waiting area for ten minutes, the younger man at the front said he wanted to show me my brake pads he pointed out how they were almost completely gone and showed them to me which I really appreciate him taking the time and showing his concern. Within 30min I had my oil changed and brakes done and don’t hear that sound I used to hear anymore. I’m happy I went to this shop and found a place I can trust and would continue to go back to.

  Brought my car in for a general Service and inspection after noticing noises from last place I went to. The guys here really know what they are doing and got my car working properly again and no noises! Thank you Pedro for performing the work and Christian for continuous updates and explanations of what they were doing.

  We have been just tires loyal and happy customers for over 6-7 years. Today I had a real bad experience. The person at front said there is now new management. For one tire they charged me 461$ about 30% more than about 1 year ago and the tire was not fully inflated. The agent was rude the job seems unprofessional and way too expensive. If you like courteous and professional tire service at a reasonable price look elsewhere. I will.
