The car was operating normally beforehand with no warning lights or mechanical issues. A few days later, while driving on the 101 freeway, the vehicle suddenly made a loud noise and the check engine light came on. I barely made it to the shoulder before the car became disabled. A licensed mechanic later found the engine had been severely overfilled with oil, well beyond the safe level. The vehicle is now undrivable. When I shared the mechanic’s findings with management and offered for them to inspect the vehicle, responsibility was denied. I’m posting this so others can make an informed decision before using this location. The deserve ZERO stars
