I understand that every business will have a hiccup now and then and that's what I encountered. Customer service made multiple attempts to contact me before they were successful. Once I explained the situation and told him I appreciated the reach out, he went a step further to ensure that I was satisfied with my service and the corrective measures for any future appointments. It's not often that I've seen such excellent customer service and I appreciate them reaching out to me. The specialist was great. Very professional. However my appointment confirmation was to the wrong location about 15 miles from where my actual appointment was. Additionally what should have taken 45 minutes took over 3 hours because your system crashed and then my tech was on hold with your help center for an extended period.
