My finance and I booked to pickup a 7 seater today and our confirmation stayed open but when we went to pickup the car we were told it was unavailable and there is “nothing they can do about it” we planned a whole trip with our kids and booked an Airbnb that we can now not get a refund for. Our kids are disappointed, as are we. When I spoke to the manager and told him it was a mistake on their end for not closing our reservation or letting us know they could not fulfill our reservation all he said was they were too busy to make or answer any phone calls.

I showed up with the reservation in hand and they added a bunch of charges (that were already included in the reservation) that made it $250/day. I reluctantly agreed to the higher price after expressing dissatisfaction at the surprise charges, and they got extremely rude and flat out refused to rent me a car. I'll never rent from Enterprise, the experience was completely unacceptable.
