  I was given a car that is not drivable and mechanically something wrong with it and when I went into exchange yesterday, the manager tells me that they don’t have any cars, and the only choice is to drive Simi Valley location, 15 miles from Thousand Oaks and possibly exchange it there. And I could not make the manager understand the car is not in a shape to be driven this many miles. Horrible customer service, a lot full of cars that need to be repaired, and yet customers are either turned away or dissatisfied with the performance of the cars. I was also told that since I picked up my initial contract and car at Van Nuys location, I don’t take a priority on exchange. I am bottom of the list of exchanging and I just have to stay with the car I have until one becomes available. I gave my number to Lillian Manager to call me back once the car is available and yet To hear from her! I called the corporate office twice to complain and they told me that the district manager will call me back, but I never received a call back. I Will not Rent from this location nor enterprise again and I Advise anyone who’s thinking of renting from this location not to horrible service. I’m gonna file a complaint with BBB as well.

  Easy check in and check out. Reasonable debit card policy. They had cars for a last minute need. Avis did not.

  Rented here in the past, Reserved a car in person on a Wednesday for Sunday pickup. When we got there to pickup the car we were denied the car because supposedly they couldn't verify our address. This wasn't a problem when we reserved the car and wasn't a problem when we had rented 3 days earlier. They left us stranded. You should avoid this Company at all cost. There is a HertZ rental close.

  Enterprise Thosnoaks Oaks is the worst place to trust to people and rent car! They stoled my Grocery Bag in 5 minutes that I forgot and left in the car that I dropped off Ford 150 xlt!! And they told me they put in trash the bag!!!!! I can not believe it what just they did!? For $30 box Grocery I will never ever go to this place. I am just writing to warn people to what out if you forgot to leave you item in the car, they will take it in minute! What a shame!

  No one answers the phone. I guess they do answer just to click me over to hold. Waited on hold 20 minutes but no answer. Hung up and tried again. Same thing happened and waited on hold again for 20 minutes. Never spoke to anyone the entire time.
