  Harry was so helpful and very informative when we rented a Penske truck through them for our out of state move. Quick to answer the phone, very cordial, and just overall a warm person to interact with. Had we not been leaving California, we would've loved to bring our personal vehicles to the shop for any needed repairs.

  He replaced the antenna on my Jeep and did an amazing job. He was very kind, professional, and respectful the entire time. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. You can tell he actually cares about his work and his customers. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs reliable and honest service!

  Update: The owner texted me to apologize for what happened below. He offered me a free oil change, so I decided to bring my car in. In person he apologized again and was very accommodating. He changed my oil, added support to some loose parts under my car and even checked my tire pressure/added air for free. He made it right and did a good job doing it. Changed my review from 2 to 4 stars and I will consider coming back in the future. Previous Review: They offered me a good rate for an alignment so I brought my car in the morning. I told them that I was in a rush because of work later and they said they would call me as soon as it was done with an estimated time of 45 minutes. They didn’t call. I went back after an hour and my car was sitting there, so I had to walk up and ask if it was finished. I’m already rushing, so I paid for the service they give me my key and my steering wheel was locked all of a sudden. The main guy starts to say “this isn’t our fault. Your key probably has some technical lock in it and it needs a battery change. We can call our key and locksmith friend and he can help you while we order you a new key battery.” All while they’re trying to unlock my steering wheel by pulling and twisting it hard side to side. I was worried that it would damage the wheel. Finally after 15-20 minutes they realize they gave me someone else’s car keys and when they found my car key my steering wheel was completely fine. I understand accidents happen, but blaming my car, me and trying to sell me different options that weren’t a part of the problem felt like a scam. 2 star rating because of the good rate and solid work on my alignment, but I won’t be going back.

  As a mechanic myself I was not able to work on my car due to having back pain so I brought my car here to replace my tie rods, the guy quoted me over $900 for parts and labor. I decided to just do it myself. I bought the parts for only $200 and did the work myself in just 1 hour. I understand businesses need to make a profit but I don’t know why they would try to scam me $700 for 1 hour of labor. Good thing I know how to work on cars, I have done this type of work before therefore their scam didn’t work on me. I wonder how many people out there they have already scammed.
