Harry and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable with work done at their shop. Fair, transparent and honest in every way possible. Definitely a genuine dude that cares about his customers. Kind of a rare trait in this industry. Happy I stumbled across the shop by living down the street. Definitely would highly recommend them if you're in the area and need solid/fair priced work performed.
- CLCelerino LopezJun 6, 20251.0I took my wifes car to this shop for an AC issue—it was only blowing hot air, even with the AC on. From the beginning, the customer service was disappointing. After explaining the price and the supposed issue, the person at the shop became rude and even yelled at me when I simply asked if they accepted card payments. He told me to stop pressuring him and said he was busy. I should have walked out right then, but with a heat wave that week, the AC needed to be fixed urgently. They charged me over $400, claiming they had identified and fixed the problem. Unfortunately, just a few weeks later, the same issue came back—the AC was blowing only hot air again.I ended up taking the car to a different auto shop. They correctly diagnosed the problem, showed me the actual broken part that was causing the issue, and fixed it properly—for less than what I paid at the first shop. Now, the AC works perfectly. I would not recommend taking your car here if it's have any AC issues.
