  I received very friendly and helpful service from a gentleman named Mustafa on Friday. I came in for a battery check after noticing error codes on my dashboard. Mustafa not only checked the battery, but also went the extra mile to resolve the issue using his expertise. He disconnected and reconnected the battery, which cleared the codes. I really appreciate his help and professionalism.

  Rudeness and arrogance. I went there to buy a battery for my Ferrari. To get it sooner, they suggested I opt for the "express service" for an extra $12—which I did—and told me I would receive a text message as soon as it arrived. The battery did not arrive on the day I paid for, nor on any of the subsequent days. I called every day, but I was always told it hadn't arrived yet. I went there in person to find out what had happened; a young man apologized for the mix-up and said he would speak to the manager to arrange a refund for the $12 fee, since the terms of the service had not been met. At that point, a Ms. Destiny—who identified herself as the General Manager—stepped in and told me that the battery had actually been there all along. I reiterated that I had called every single day—and even recognized her voice from my last call—and that she herself had told me it wasn't there. At that point, she asked me point-blank whether I wanted the battery or not; if not, she said she would issue a full refund for the entire purchase. Given her arrogance, I requested the refund. I did receive it, but it was processed in a deceptive manner: it was not a full refund. They did not return the $12 I had paid for the express service. She is a terrible person, completely unfit for the role. I have no complaints regarding the courtesy of the staff during the initial purchase, nor regarding the kindness of the employee who assisted me with the pickup—which, of course, never actually took place, thanks to the arrogance and rudeness of this so-called General Manager. I should mention that I have been an AutoZone customer for many years—or rather, I *was* a customer!

  Generally helpful here, but I want to warn Customers about the disappointing Pro Elite Extreme car cover. Does not fit a 2002 Lexus Es300 like it claims (size 3). Left 7 inches of car exposed around frame, wasnt waterproof, left a yellowish stain on car finish that I feel lucky came off. Worst of all, when I tried to stuff back in box that it came in for return, it wouldn't fit, and got a terrible rash on both hands trying to squeeze it in. Im wondering if it was made with fiberglass. It did fit my husbands toyota camry 2002 barely, cause he has a spoiler. Please get a better quality cover and dont carry this brand.

  Had nothing but the greatest experiences visiting this specific AutoZone branch. I've been a returning customer here for many months, maybe even over a year by now, and every single visit (literally) has never been disappointing. I specifically want to give shoutouts to Cory and Mustafa for always having my back on car repair suggestions. If there were an option to tip these two guys, I would not hesitate at all.
