5 stars! Very kind staff. Quick and helpful. Gave me recommendations for what my car needed and when asked they printed them out for me so I could review before making a decision. I got my oil changed, coolant refilled, and engine filter changed and it was all done within their 15 minute time. I had two ladies helping me, Jariah (their lead? for the Temecula location) and I missed the others name. Super nice to have girls supporting girls! Will come back.

I am so impressed. My first visit, and the service was excellent. Every person on the team was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to and do business with. The whole operation was so efficient. I was so happy to have so many things checked, and I did choose to add additional services, but I never felt like I was being pressured. And I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me on everything they checked. When they saw no need, they let it be! I will be recommending, and I definitely will be returning for future needs. Bravo! Well done!

Got my oil changed here and it was quick and painless as always. I did run into a bit of a snag when my phone wouldn’t charge—and of course, I had forgotten my wallet. I felt completely embarrassed, but the team handled it so well.
The manager truly went above and beyond—he let me use his phone charger so I could power up my phone and pay. He was incredibly calm and understanding the entire time. On top of that, the person who checked me in still honored a coupon for me even though I couldn’t pull it up due to my phone issue.
Honestly, I felt like a total inconvenience, but they treated me with nothing but kindness and patience. This is exactly why I keep coming back. They’re always friendly, informative, and consistently go above and beyond.

I come to this location for my oil changes. They’re very professional and knowledgeable. I trust the work they do on my car. They do the inspections and make recommendations of what is needed, however, I never feel pressured to get them done. The manager is very welcoming and it is clear that he contributes to a positive work environment for everyone.

Normally go to the dealership. This place is closer the first visit was good. All questions answered, not an over sell on services and knowledge people. This was my 2nd visit and no one knew nothing about nothing. Normally they start low with suggested repairs ie, air filter wipers... neither were checked. I asked if the military discount was greater than the one they have on the site, since they have reduced the discount from 15% to 10% the lady says i dont know, i guess they are about the same. In the same breathe she says would you like to do a transmission flush for $200+ or a brake flush for $180+, ma'am have yall checked to see if that's needed. I had a maintenance light on, the maintenance guy said he didnt know annndddd didn't try to figure it out/ask for additional help it could have been related to one of the services you just offered. They handed me my sticker and I went on about my day.
