  The BEST Remote buying a car experience!!! My smart Car got totaled, and I was looking for the same model and my husband found what appeared to be great listing at Top Notch. We reside in San Francisco and my hubby especially was not comfortable about making a purchase from afar. From the beginning conversations with Cruz.. to the continued support from Josh, every step of the way was greeted with compassion and a lot of helpfulness. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, rather Supported and willing to work with us as we navigated the situation. We ended up hiring an independent inspector for peace of mind to have a look at the vehicle and go through a checklist of concerns. Through all of this, they were willing to work with us and support the possibility of getting the new Smart Car. They were patient and accommodating in this process. What was great too was being able to work together and share information regarding the outside inspector, whom in the end they also knew… Finally I was able to arrange the vehicle transport, through Sherpa, which was seamless and delivered the new Smarty right to our residence. It was a great experience and the Top Notch Team feels like a family business built on integrity and an honest desire to help folks find what they need. Feeling grateful and thank you Cruz and Josh for all that you did to make it happen in such a supported and understanding way.
