  Was given a rental with a low tire pressure notice. Later in the day it went flat and wouldn’t hold air, then was charged a fee to get it replaced. Not happy. Poor customer service on the facilities end AND customer service. ZERO assistance or help.

  Upon calling to ask about a specific rental need, I was immediately transferred to customer service. No follow up questions, no verification of what I needed, just a swift transfer. I specifically needed a vehicle for off road use and asked if they have such a selection of vehicles so that the insurance rental policy would not be violated. Customer service that I was transferred to provided an answer of “an additional $5 per day” would be charged for insurance for “this type of service” after placing me on hold several times over the course of 15-20 min. Overall disappointed in the service.

  This is the second time I have come here. The wait time is always crazy. It always seems they do not have enough staff to run this place on weekends. I applied for the fast process. When I get here there are literally 9 people ahead of me. If people reserved the vehicle. It should be ready the moment you are here. Not go through the process of waiting for a car the is checking back in to be cleaned and then rented again. There not even enough sitting room to wait for the rental. No apologies. No reasoning for delays. Very poor customer service. 1.75 hrs later Jill from enterprise who gave me the car was the only GOD send this place has to making it a more positive experience!!!

  Not sure why you take reservations if you’re just going to give the car I reserved away is this Seinfeld? I showed up early and the car I reserved is gone, they tell me they can get me a sedan but I don’t need a sedan i need an suv.

  Very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I initially tried reserving a vehicle online, but the system showed everything as sold out. When I went into the store, I noticed there were actually vehicles available, mostly SUVs. I was hoping for a sedan and asked if they could honor the online price since the website wouldn’t allow me to reserve one. I’m also an Enterprise Plus member, but there didn’t seem to be any effort to help accommodate the situation. The employee assisting me, Jess, told me the sedans were unavailable because they needed oil changes. I told her I would come back shortly in hopes that one might become available. After leaving for about 30 minutes and returning, she suddenly said there was a sedan available. It would have been great customer service to simply call and let me know one became available instead of letting a customer leave without any follow-up. When I tried to rent the car using my debit card, I was then told I needed proof of residency such as a utility bill or pay stub. What made this frustrating is that I rented from Enterprise just last month and wasn’t asked for any of that documentation. The experience felt inconsistent and not very customer-focused. As a returning customer and Enterprise Plus member, I expected a smoother and more professional experience. I hope Enterprise corporate reviews this location and clarifies their policies, because the service I received today did not match the level of customer care Enterprise advertises. Hopefully management reviews this feedback so future customers don’t have the same experience.
