  Came for full synthetic oil change and new air filter. Left with check engine light on, a traction light on, a severe engine oil leak noted. all 4 tire pressures were different. 31, 37, 34,39. I didn't have an oil leak when I went in. the next day i have a severe oil leak. when I told them about the check engine lights, I was told it was probably just a coincidence and that i should have a take it to a mechanic and have it checked out. When I protested, one of the techs checked and found something that had not been plugged in when they installed the new air filter. He then cleared the codes and the lights have not returned. I asked if the car was low on oil when I came in. He said no. It's noted on the invoice that I have a severe engine oil Leak. I have never been told by Valvoline or any other oil change place that there was any kind of oil leak. I have never seen any sign of an oil leak. The very next day, there were 2 quarter sized oil spots on the concrete where I park. I will take the care to a reputable mechanic and have the oil leak addressed. I will not patronize the Valvoline oil change store nor refer anyone else to that store. The only reason I put 1 star is that 0 star is not accepted. Bottom line: the 15 minute service will probably take a week or so to iron out. After speaking to a "Manager" on Saturday, the 20th, it was determined that the car was at fault because it had over 200 thousand miles on it. I have several vehicles with 200k + miles. none of them leak oil. if I see any sign of oil or anything else leaking, It is addressed immediately, not at the instant oi change store.

  Very welcoming and friendly staff, Manager is around making sure everyone is taken care, offered what was needed to keep my car going good, didn’t push to upsell me on anything, only what was needed and informed me of a oil leak i need to take care, i keep coming back because of how friendly the staff is

  Manager blatantly lied to my face about their store policies. When I arrived I went to the furthest bay to not block other vehicles coming in. I, along with other vehicle, were required to back up and move to other lanes by an employee which put me into a bay with a longer line than I started in. By the time I entered the bay I was forced into, 4 cars that would have been behind me had already finished and left. What should have taken me 45 minutes in my original line turned into a 2 hour+ wait. I wanted to leave after the first hour, but their parking is so tiny, you can not get out once any vehicle enters behind you. When I spoke to management about this, he told me they don't make people back up and move to other lines because they had caused multiple collisions doing this. This was a blatant lie since since this happened today to multiple people and happens every time I have been here in the past. Go anywhere else if you can unless you want to wait far longer than you normally should for an oil change.
