  There's nothing better than an honest mechanic. And that's exactly what I found at Top Notch Auto. I'm a woman that knows nothing about car engines. I did the Google thing and thought it was my catalytic converter. Called them and told them what I thought it was and they said bring it down right now. They absolutely could have told me I needed a new catalytic converter and I would have spent thousands. Turns out my muffler had a little clog and I paid $30. I'm a customer for life. Thank you so much for saving my Christmas Top Notch Auto.

  Bought an SUV here a couple years ago. They weren't pushy like typical dealerships and made the process super easy. Graham offered us the extended warranty, and I was hesitant at first, but we decided to add it since the total price was still cheaper than what we had seen shopping around. The car was great for a long time, but then a couple months ago we noticed some issues and brought it to their shop for service. Turns out it was an issue with the transmission, so we ended up getting a whole new transmission put in, and it was ALL covered under the warranty. So glad we got it, it's like driving a brand new car now!

  Had a unique situation needing to sell our full size SUV to buy a 4x4 truck and mid-size SUV, and still keep our total monthly payment around the same amuont. Mike and Josh went above and beyond! They gave us more for our trade-in than any other dealership had offered, found us a truck and SUV that were both newer and even nicer than we expected we'd have to settle for given our situation, and the combined payments on them ended up being less than the one monthly payment on the SUV we traded in. True class to help us out when they could've easily taken advantage of a desperate situation

  wn & couldn’t get the car to him) only to find out they wouldn’t take the car back because the transmission has been removed which is the only way we could get a full unbiased diagnostic which means we’d had to pay our mechanic for the labor and coolant leak he fixed we decided to not return it back to them because we cannot trust them. We haven’t even made a payment on this car yet and we’re forced to pay for the repairs and rental car while we wait for the parts and repairs by our mechanic shop. I’m extremely disappointed and disheartened as we really thought they would do their due diligence as a dealership with a mechanic & inspect their cars thoroughly. Should’ve known something wasn’t right since they sold us a car that needed an oil change which is an extremely simple job. Do not buy a vehicle from them without your own mechanic. Should’ve followed my gut when my husband opened the hood in front of their sales person and I saw smoke coming from a part of the engine but Cruz our sales person brushed off as the car having not being started after a while & Josh stating it wasn’t a big deal per his mechanic.   They rushed me, wasnt comfortable with my purchase. Wasnt able to return it. Ended up trading what I bought from them to a real certified dealer. Losing 6k in less than a week. Make sure you bring your own mechanic! The do offe a 2 day return but you have to pay extra. About 300 dollars extra. Plus a Restocking fee. Sketchy I know. You would think there would be a longer period and you would think you wouldn't have to pay extra for that.
