- NPnir patelOct 8, 20251.0I am writing to formally report a very disappointing and unsafe experience with one of your rental trucks. The vehicle I received was extremely old and began shaking as soon as I started driving. The seat was very uncomfortable, and due to safety concerns, I avoided using the freeway and had to take local roads instead. While the staff member who assisted me was kind, she forgot to secure the diesel cap after checking it. When I arrived at my destination, I discovered that diesel was leaking. I had to close the cap myself and immediately returned the truck because it was not safe to continue driving. This experience caused physical discomfort, including back and stomach pain from the rough ride. I have videos and photos documenting the truck’s poor condition and the diesel leak. I request that Penske investigate this matter seriously and ensure customers are not given unsafe or poorly maintained vehicles in the future. Please let me know how you plan to address this issue.
