- TSTom SchenckOct 13, 20251.0This charger is nice and convenient, and it would be great if it ever worked. There is a dangling switch that has been dangling exposed to the elements for over a year. EVGO Consistently claims to be "actively working on it" each time I call, and the station stays in the same state.

They put an authorization hold on my card and told me that I wouldn't get charged because the charging stations weren't working. I ended up getting charged and didn't get my money refunded. would not recommend going here.
