- LSLou StavroplusDec 26, 20252.0I was promised to CX-5 and I ended up with a Nissan Sentra then after losing a key after having a pickpocketed from me I called Enterprise for help and they were terrible they were going to tow my car to Ontario from Temecula which was ridiculous considering there were two Enterprise Car leasing places so I towed it myself and save the massive tow bill they were okay because they got me another vehicle but charge me more money because it was a bigger vehicle to get back to Palm Springs service could have definitely been better

Rented a car there for 31 days and went in to renew my contract and was denied the ability to rent another car even though there were no problems everything was paid in full horrible experience very dissatisfied.
