  Nasir was absolutely amazing during my long-term rental experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He was extremely accommodating, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me get the best option for my situation. While assisting me with my rental, Nasir took the time to review my account and determine that I actually qualified for a weekly rate, something that was not offered to me initially due to me paying a few days at a time because I was unsure when my car will be fixed at the repair shot. Because of his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile, he was able to save me money and apply those savings toward future rental dates since my completion date was still unknown. Nasir truly went above and beyond, and his customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for his help and I highly recommend working with him if you’re renting through Enterprise.

  They are closed at lunchtime… ridiculous and unbelievably inconvenient. When we arrived one of their employees was sitting outside. Instead of telling us that they were closed she ran into the location, locked the door, and walked away. Don’t waste your time going to this location, just go to the one down the street with normal business hours.

  I was promised to CX-5 and I ended up with a Nissan Sentra then after losing a key after having a pickpocketed from me I called Enterprise for help and they were terrible they were going to tow my car to Ontario from Temecula which was ridiculous considering there were two Enterprise Car leasing places so I towed it myself and save the massive tow bill they were okay because they got me another vehicle but charge me more money because it was a bigger vehicle to get back to Palm Springs service could have definitely been better
