Ellis took his time to come out and do a thorough look, then found the problem and provided me with everything I needed for a solution. - TMTae McCashFeb 16, 20263.0I usually like AutoZone, but this location was kinda disappointing a few times. It honestly didn’t feel like they knew much about cars or wanted to help at all. I get that info isn’t free, but the whole reason people go to AutoZone before a mechanic is to get some advice or help figuring out what might be wrong. Every other AutoZone I’ve been to has done that no problem. If I’m just gonna end up at the mechanic anyway because no one was helpful, then what’s the point of stopping here first? In general everyone is nice, but some people really didn’t seem trained or engaged. Maybe more training would help because AutoZone is usually a great place for this kind of stuff.
