  Went in not knowing anything about cars, just had a picture of what I was told I needed. Angela was the sweetest!! She went out and verified my information with my plate, explained the difference in oil quality, grabbed my cabin filter then asked if I wanted her to top the oil off and change the filter!! She definitely saved me from taking it to a shop!!

  not sure why the employees are so rude but won’t be coming back. asked for help with a light and she told me to call the dealership.. thought they were there to help?

  It was time to replace my windshield wipers, I told my husband who is in hospital that it's time to change them but I didn't know where to go or what type I needed, so he looked up the information for me and said Auto Zone had the wipers and it showed in stock, size and price not only that but they could install them, no charge. This was a huge relief for me being that my husband's a mechanic and me not knowing so much about installing wipers this was a huge bonus for me and right in the shopping center where I needed to pickup meds anyway, I found the wipers, made sure they were the correct ones by asking a female salesperson and then she installed them for me. 🙂 awesome 👌 the price was reasonable, I have fresh windshield wipers for the winter season that came in handy, just in time for the rain fall I didn't realize was heading our way and now I feel safer knowing I accomplished an automotive task with guidance from my husband and a very helpful and capable female employee 😀 thank you Auto Zone. I appreciate the support and positive experience I received from you. 👍
