- JPJ PerezJan 7, 20262.0To the cashier who attended me on 1/3/25 needs to be retrained or even fired would be better I had a concern about the shower that the hot water wasn’t coming out and I waited almost 5 mins for the hot water to come out and she said “you wasted a lot of water you know where in a drought” and I was like no the hot water is not coming out and gave me a ugly look so I cancelled the shower and went to find somewhere else but after when I was walking away I heard what it was a racial slur about my ethnicity since I’m Hispanic, so just be aware of were your stopping to rest

- LML MDec 28, 20251.0THE WORST WENDYS!!! If I could I’d rate this place a zero and give them an F, I would! Who ever was running this place the early morning of 12/27/25 were the absolute worst! The tall man and he knows who he is gave me and my son the ugliest look when we walked up to order. It was freezing outside and we just needed some warm food to help us make it through our long trip back home. I asked for my burger WELL DONE, and it was not. The patty was barely cooked and basically raw on the inside. Both my son and my partner got sick from the nuggets they ate! Luckily I returned my food and got a refund, but they weren’t so lucky. All 3 workers need to be retrained immediately. I will be calling to speak to someone concerning the health issues. The disgust these employees have for people walking in is beyond belief. Please be aware before eating at this location.

GOT MY THINGS PAID AT CASHIER LARGE OVERWEIGHT EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING PRETTY CLOSE TO CASHIER, I PAID STARTED TO EXIT , OVERWEIGHT EMPLOYEE ACCUSED ME OF STEALING THE WATER. HE WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE.!! HAD A HEATED INTERACTION,I HAVE SPENT ALL MY LIFE DOING THE RIGHT THING,MY RECORD IS SPOTLESS. BET HIS RECORD IS NOT!! ANYWAY I CALLED TALKED TO SUPPOSED MANAGER AND NOT SURE? HE SAID HE WOULD SPEAK TO EMPLOYEES. THIS OVERWEIGHT EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED!!!!! PERIOD,!!! NOT TALKED TO! THERE IS CAMERAS THERE. ALL ON VIDEO!!
