  I wasn't aware that the yelp and google reviews aren't connected, so I'm here to share my experience at the local Jiffy Lube. Let me start by saying, I am not one to leave reviews, I have never left a review, and it breaks my heart that this is the first review I have to write especially since it is about a business so close to home. I stopped at this Jiffy Lube while passing through town on my way home to get an oil change. When I first arrived, I was greeted promptly and kindly. The initial interaction was professional and respectful -- just the standard questions about what I was coming in for that day. While waiting for my oil change to be completed, one of the employees came into the waiting room to speak with me about my car. The employee appeared disheveled and unprofessional -- he smelled strongly of marijuana and had visible sleep in his eyes. It gave the impression that he was not prepared or in a suitable condition to be representing the business. Unfortunately, this part of my visit made me very uncomfortable. The employee repeatedly used inappropriate pet names to address me instead of professional, respectful terms like "ma'am" or "miss." As a woman, I expect to be treated with respect in a professional setting, not spoken to in a way that feels objectifying -- such as being called "hun." No woman should have to be verbally harassed in this way. To make matters worse, I also overheard this same man making very inappropriate sexual comments to his coworkers -- things that have no place being discussed in a professional environment. If those are things that are chosen to be done outside of the professional environment, it should stay outside of the professional environment. The other employee he was speaking to looked visibly uncomfortable as well, which made the situation even more concerning. The rest of the staff, however, were very kind, polite, and well-presented. When I went to pay, I asked who the man from the waiting room was and was told he was the assistant manager. That was disappointing to hear, given his behavior. Overall, I was satisfied with the service performed on my car and with most of the employees I interacted with. However, because of the unprofessional conduct of that one individual, I won't be returning to this location. Jiffy Lube should hold all of its employees -- especially those in management roles -- to a higher standard of professionalism, particularly when the business is located in a small, close-knit community where customers should feel comfortable and respected. For all future services, I will be taking my business to the local tire store, and I recommend the same for any women who don't want to risk being verbally or sexually harassed just because they need an oil change.

  Customer service at its finest ! Attention to detail! they found a nail in my tire i did not even know i had causing a slow leak . They patched it for me and also did an oil change. Had me in and out in great time. Thank again guys ! Highly recommended in my book
