When we rented the car it smelled horrible, was dirty inside and outside, multiple stains on roof with SHOE prints on the ROOF too, had a missing air vent and had a crack in the tail light, which I took a picture of when we got home. When we went to return it, they showed us old pictures of the car (i could tell cause in the pictures the car was clean and when we rented it was dirty) and said it wasnt there previously and said, "Once you leave the lot, you're liable even if you didn't do the damage." which isn't right when they didn't do a walk through with us or take pictures before leaving the lot, they also clearly didn't clean it or take proper pictures between clients or else they would have seen it before we rented it, very unprofessional. Guy at the desk was semi nice, but the whole situation was horrible. If you rent from here (which you shouldn't, I do not recommend this place) make sure to take pictures of the WHOLE CAR or else you'll be liable for someone else's wrong doings.
