The return process online says to bring it to the store, but when I called the store the employee that I spoke to was extremely rude and told me I had to send it to the third party that they (AutoZone) ordered it though. I called the hotline number and they got it reordered for me. The employee clearly does not know what he is doing and has extremely poor customer service. Sounded like he had an issue with me calling about the issue I had with my part.
