The first time the undercarriage clips were missing and the front part burned up and ripped off, and the most recent time I got my car serviced was yesterday, this morning I get on the freeway and the rest of my undercarriage falls completely and is dragging under my car. Thanks for the extra damage & cost I had to make because of the lousy labor I received.
