  They’re kinda racist I mean I speak English but I dodnt have the “American accent” and they started speaking me in spanish out of no clue .

  Autozone was asking me what they needed to do to earn that fifth star. Answer: I only had an inventory question regarding a trailer plug adaptor. But instead of answering my question, I was told to go to the sales line (5 people deep) and wait. Turns out they were out of stock and they sent me to another store. In the end, I got what was needed but it took much longer than I thought it should have. Be happy with 4 stars...

  Very easy to shop here. If you even come close to not been able to find something that they will immediately help you customer service here is fantastic. Staff is very informative and they will go out of their way to locate what it is you're looking for even if it's not in the store they will even provide loaner tools and explain to you how to do the task at hand I was doing some work on my truck and one of them had asked if I had done it before and gave me some tips I was not aware of and it was very helpful I'm very impressed customer service and their knowledge of not only the parts but also how to do the work I highly recommend AutoZone especially this location

  The worst experience I’ve ever had at AutoZone 65-year-old woman goes in to Get help because her check engine engine light came on two young men working at the counter one very tall young man very kind. The other shorter man decided that I was gonna have to use this unit to put under my pedals to figure out what’s wrong with my car, not knowing what I’m supposed to do slams. The battery packed on the counter tells me he can’t help me fortunately, the other patrons that were in the store decided they were gonna help me. I did tell him he needed better customer training. Also he wouldn’t give me his name store number 05491 on Hubbard you could probably figure out who they were. It was 7:30 in the morning when I got there he was a shorter of the two gentlemen very rude, not professional went and hid in the back left me alone. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by one of your employees.

  Raul was so pleasant. He helped with my battery situation. I’m so appreciative that in a time of need he had the compassion to help me with his outstanding customer service. I’m happy.
