  Terrible service. I needed to have my car scanned, and the person on duty at the time told me they couldn't do it for me—that if I wanted it done, I would have to do it myself. There was absolutely no one else in the store at the time; in fact, I got the distinct impression that this employee was racist. I went to the AutoZone in Pacoima instead, and what a difference! The staff there was very friendly; they immediately assisted me with the scanner and hooked it up themselves. I’ve read comments from other customers complaining about racism at this particular store—exactly the same thing I experienced when I visited. The manager really needs to pay closer attention to his staff.

  They’re kinda racist I mean I speak English but I dodnt have the “American accent” and they started speaking me in spanish out of no clue .

  Autozone was asking me what they needed to do to earn that fifth star. Answer: I only had an inventory question regarding a trailer plug adaptor. But instead of answering my question, I was told to go to the sales line (5 people deep) and wait. Turns out they were out of stock and they sent me to another store. In the end, I got what was needed but it took much longer than I thought it should have. Be happy with 4 stars...

  Very easy to shop here. If you even come close to not been able to find something that they will immediately help you customer service here is fantastic. Staff is very informative and they will go out of their way to locate what it is you're looking for even if it's not in the store they will even provide loaner tools and explain to you how to do the task at hand I was doing some work on my truck and one of them had asked if I had done it before and gave me some tips I was not aware of and it was very helpful I'm very impressed customer service and their knowledge of not only the parts but also how to do the work I highly recommend AutoZone especially this location
