  I recently brought my Ford truck in for repair service at this dealership, and I want to share my experience. The service team was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. After multiple visits, they finally worked through the problem carefully and made sure everything was properly diagnosed and repaired. I appreciate their patience and effort in handling a difficult issue and making sure my truck is running correctly again. Communication throughout the process was good, and they kept me updated on the progress. Overall, I’m satisfied with the final result and thankful for the service provided. I would consider returning for future maintenance and service needs.

  Cant get a repair corrected and they want to charge me once again, and now a third time for the same repair I brought it in for. Bullshit. Ill sue them if I have to. Im not paying a third time for the repair you DID NOT fix. Over $1100 spent on this, and its still not right.

  7 HOUR OIL CHANGE THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Having to book an appointment early in the morning for a job that takes an hour at most is not a problem. Waiting 7 hours for that job to be done is the problem. Being told your car is currently being worked on while it sits in the back lot untouched is the problem. Having to cancel the service after waiting 7 hours is the problem. I understand mechanics have a tough job, truly do, but what is the point of dropping off my vehicle at 9am and it not even be looked at until 4pm, that is the problem! Expected more.

  Sagar is very good salesmen. He assisted me very well from beginning to end on buying two BMW, one sedan and another SUV X5. He and Teddy helped me a lot with their experience and recommendations of service contracts and maintenance with car. It really worked for me very well and when I had used it for tire change with zero out of pocket and tension free. The cars are awesome and service is excellent.
