  If the rating was just for the customer service of Leo then it would be 10+ stars. He was totally awesome in all ways. He is quick, efficient, friendly, listens well, kind, and more...all positive. Stellar employee. The only reason I did 4 stars is because of the overall experience. (Totally out of his control) I got the van rental and ended up with a Chevy Ram. The design of the year (I believe it was the 2023) I got was not favorable. The side mirrors were a nightmare and I was pretty much left without any mirrors for hundreds of miles. They were either frozen or covered in road spray. The "safety" features nearly caused an accident instead of preventing one. I also feel the drivers seat was designed for a male driver. The foot space was super narrow unless I wanted to sit with my legs spread open. There was no way to stretch my legs out and prevent leg cramps. This is a Chevy issue not Enterprise. It did handle winter conditions better than I expected. (Oh FYI...so you do not have to YouTube how to turn on or off the inside cab lights...there is NO button or switch. The lights themselves have to each be pushed from one end or the other on the light itself. (Teeter totter style) As far as Enterprise... I did notice a major staff shortage at this location. I have never seen any Enterprise like that before. The 2 guys running everything were doing everything they could to keep up and create happy customers. I feel the staff shortage was out of Enterprise control and unfortunately caused by the new government administration and their new policies. I hope Enterprise can survive the sudden losses because they are the best vehicle rental place in my opinion. This location's office was extremely clean and well organized. I would absolutely rent from here again

  Laura is so awesome!!! She's smart, thoughtful, and helpful. She made finding the vehicle I need and out the door really easy. Their prices were better than her competition, you should really consider this location and staff.
