The shop was easy to find and had ample parking space. Kathy at the reception is pleasant and knowledgeable. She showed me options, made sure that the product was exactly what I wanted, and was upfront with pricing. She even measured the truck bed to make sure it fits. Sure enough, the model I liked was in stock and can be installed the same week! By the time I arrived for installation, I met Jesse and Shorty, and they already assembled the smartcap. They were very careful with it as to not damage the product and my truck. They were very friendly and helpful. Jesse gave me the rundown on how to use it and made sure everything was working properly! Overall, I'm very happy with the product, the workmanship and the customer service! I'm glad RSI smartcap recommended them. If ever you need some work on your truck or need the RSI smartcap, look no further this are your guys and gals!
