  Exactly like the commercials! A friendly technician came to my house, replaced my windshield in no time flat. So incredibly easy to set up the appointment on the app and they even handled the insurance.

  So disappointed in the experience I had with Safelite. My second technician assigned to me was absolutely wonderful. His name was Adrian I really appreciated him. The technician assigned first was rude and never showed up to the appointment. Literally wasted my whole day. Customer service hung up in my face multiple times. I had higher expectations for Safelite. Will definitely use another company next time.

  Seth was outstanding from start to finish. He was well-spoken, kind, and genuinely friendly, which immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing, and handled the whole process with confidence and professionalism. He was also funny in a natural way that made the experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Most impressive was how efficient he was. He worked quickly but carefully, and the results were perfect. Seth represents Safelite extremely well.

  So I was unable to talk to anyone over the phone when I was making my appointment. I had some questions about the sensor calibration which in turn cost me an additional $495.00 and was over charged when the work was completed. I got them to drop the price to $1000.00 when the original quote was $919.00, 424 plus 495. I will say this, 4 days later when I tried to use my windshield wipers, they were not working. I was able to get a live person on the phone this time and they did find one of the shops that had a tech available to come over and find and fix the issue. Not happy with the price but very satisfied with the warranty work to fix the wiper issue

  I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received today. My original work order specified a maximum wait time of 3 hours. Upon arrival at 11:00 AM, I was told it would actually be 4 hours. It is now 3:25 PM—nearly four and a half hours later—and I have just been informed it will take at least another hour. ​A projected 3-hour job has now turned into a 5.5-hour ordeal. ​This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Because I trusted your initial estimate, I told my daughter not to take her lunch, as I expected to pick her up by 2:00 PM. Instead, I am still sitting here while she is left waiting and hungry. ​If you only have one technician available, you have a responsibility to inform customers before they arrive for an appointment. It is incredibly disrespectful to overbook your schedule and expect customers to pay the price for your staffing shortages. I expected much better professional standards than what I experienced today
