He did diagnostics, explained everything, and was so patient, while I was pretty panicked! He was very patient with all my questions, brought out all his tools, and changed my battery. The SmartCar is no joke!!! It’s not pop off and on! It’s like a whole big job: unscrewing a million things and taking out two panels! And Nathan did all that and was very cheerful and patient the whole time! Seriously, this was the best ever experience at AutoZone!!! 👍 This made my day, and I feel like buying everything from AutoZone now! It’s the nice people there that make all the difference! YAY!!!!! 👍
