As a newer member, I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and more importantly, their reliability. Recently, I had a nightmare experience where I arrived at Alamo, Enterprise, and Hertz—all three of which told me they were 'sold out' and had no cars available, despite the fact that I had a confirmed reservation. I was left completely stranded. When I needed a rental again because my car was still in the shop, I knew Sixt was the only place to go. Helen and Evans provide the kind of excellent customer service and follow-through that is rare in this industry. I knew they wouldn't leave me hanging, and they delivered exactly what I needed without any issues. And while the app gave me issues with modifying and/or canceling-the support team I emailed was fast & efficient with resolving them. If you want a rental company that actually honors their word and treats you like a priority, this is the place!
