Helen and Evan were some of the nicest and most caring people I’ve ever met. Helen especially took amazing care of me and I was out of there quickly and my issue solved on the spot. Her customer service and attentiveness was something I’ve never seen at any other car rental place. I highly recommend this location and these two amazing individuals. Will definitely be back. And I hope the company acknowledges the outstanding service these two have given.

- KSKyle SDec 18, 20252.0Sixt's new "AI scanner" is a complete scam. We were lucky to narrowly avoid the absurd fees they tried to charge us after returning our rental car. Be sure to take extremely detailed video and photos of your car at pickup. Every square inch. We rented from this location and dropped off at the San Diego airport. I should note that the employees at this location were perfectly pleasant & helpful – the review doesn't reflect them, just the companies business practices. We spent 10 minutes filming and taking photos of the car – it had a lot of scrapes on the rims and exterior, plus one large dent. 80% of this wear & tear was already noted on the rental form, and we submitted the missed damage before leaving. When we returned our car to the San Diego airport, we drove through a large scanner that photographed the car. The next day, they accused us of doing thousands of dollars damage to the car. They even accused us of denting the car, which was already noted on the rental form when we picked it up. Luckily we had pictures to refute all of their accusations. It was still stressful waiting to hear back from then. Won't be renting from Sixt again.
