- MMMelApr 4, 20261.0I took my car in at 8am for oil change, they told me it was going to be a 90 min wait. I said okay… I waited almost 3 hrs for an oil change and they sold me on a tire rotation. That was the first red flag. Also customer service was awful. The service advisor printed out a receipt to take to the cashier. I went to pay and they were going to charge 80 for tire rotation. I was quoted 24.99. The cashier was also very rude. I asked if she could explain what was 80 for? And she said “idk mam,go talk to your service advisor” went back to the service advisor and he said “my mistake, I’ll fix it”. Sad to see this is customer service. I finally got my car and 20 mins later the tire pressure light goes off. I’m not sure I want to get another free oil change. I got a few from purchasing the car. I should have asked for something else. Terrrible service

SinghNov 26, 20252.0When i came to drop off my car in the morning the dude who helped me had some really bad attitude and idk if he slept on the wrong side of the bed or something but like you gotta have a smile on your face you get what i mean Your doing customer service the more happy you are the more your customer is going to come back
