    5 stars!!!! I left Tracy Honda and came to Stockton Honda instead. Best decision ever. I was immediately greeted by Cooper and I did request a Spanish speaker since my parents were with me. He accommodated that very quick. We were helped by "El Pelon" and wow he's amazing! His energy, easy to speak to, and gave us a great deal! Thanks to him and his team, I got my 2026 Honda Civic! I highly recommend this location. Thank you again. Now I can see why this Honda has several awards for best sellers.

    It was a great experience purchasing/leasing with Honda, as always! Got 3 cars from them and it was a very satisfying transactions. They work with you and make sure that you get what you want not what they want, which I like the best. Gordon helped us a a lot this time and we couldnt be happier! Thank you so much Honda Stockton!

    It took 2 and a half hours to get my car back for an oil change. I called and set up an appointment for 8:30, drove through the line and waited. People came and sat in the lobby after me, and would eventually get called to pay and leave. I continued to wait until another person who came was called to pay and got their car. I walked up to the front desk where I was waiting to speak with customer service about this. A man in a plaid flannel was speaking with him. The customer service man finally realized I was waiting and asked, "were you waiting for me?" The flannel person was a honda worker - but I couldn't tell because his shirt was covered and I did not want to be rude and interrupt a conversation if he were a customer. I finally was able to check out, to find my car has been sitting there for a while now. Later on I was called to get feedback and I told the lady on the phone this. As soon as I just said, "my only problem was it took 2 and a half hours to get an oil change" her tone shifted and she was eager to get off the phone with me. Honestly, I should have just went to valvoline for this if I knew I was going to have to wait that long, get ignored another 10 minutes waiting for customer service because a Honda worker wasn't easily identifiable and looked like a customer, and then for the feedback lady trying to get off the phone for just simple feedback. Clearly no one here wants to take accountability.

    I had the best experience with Justin Pedraza, Justin Trinos, and Jose Vega at Stockton Honda this weekend. I knew exactly what I wanted (this is key), and the whole process was completely straightforward and conducted with honesty and integrity. I will be telling all my family and friends (and any strangers I come across looking for a car) to do their car buying here. I got exactly the car I wanted and an even better price than I had estimated in my research. The process was very calm and casual too, there was absolutely no pressure, none of the sales tactics I'd experienced talking to other dealers, and Justin P. worked with me completely over email which was my preference in the beginning. He was responsive, respectful, and accurate. Other dealers gave me prices for cars I wasn't looking for. Justin stuck to the plot and worked with me to get what I wanted for the BEST price. I can't say enough good things. Oh, and they also worked with me to be able to make the purchase even though I didn't have my whole down payment in-hand on the day of the purchase. I went back in a few days later to add more down payment, and Jose re-wrote the contract and had it ready for me to sign when I arrived. EASY PEASY!! Don't bother going anywhere else. This is the place.

    I am writing to share my recent service experience on March 27, 2026. I leased a Honda Prologue last year and received a notification regarding a scheduled service. Accordingly, I booked an appointment and visited the showroom. I would like to note that the showroom facilities and overall management appeared well-organized. However, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. The interaction with staff felt impersonal and lacked basic communication. The service performed on my vehicle was limited to a tire rotation, with no explanation or follow-up discussion provided. While I understand that, as an electric vehicle, the service requirements may be minimal, I would have appreciated clearer communication and a more thorough service experience, including basic offerings such as a vehicle water wash. They have not even bothered to wash upon I requested them, too bad. Their car, for the first time came for servicing, was not even water washed :-( . So unbelievable. Additionally, during the handover process at the service desk, I found the interaction with the customer service associates to be uncomfortable and lacking empathy. This left me feeling embarrassed, and although I prefer not to elaborate further, I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Overall, while the showroom environment is commendable, I believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service and staff engagement to ensure a more positive customer experience. My request to the showroom manager, "dear sir/madam, kindly pay attention to your front desk employees and employees service towards the customers, PLEASE". Thank you for paying attention to read this and sorry for sharing this bitter experience.
