  I’m not sure why this location is showing up as Quick Quack Car Wash, because it’s actually Thornton Express Car Wash with different owners. I’ve been coming here for years and never had any problems. I get along with the staff everyone has always been really nice and friendly. But on Easter Sunday,(4-5-2026) I brought my 2004 Honda Civic in for a quick wash, and something went wrong. It felt like the brush was hitting my car much harder than usual, like it was set to a different speed. It ended up completely breaking my passenger-side mirror. I was definitely irritated, especially since all I wanted was a simple $7 car wash. The worker there was respectful and apologetic, but as he said, he just works there. He offered to contact corporate for me, but later got back to me and said they would not be covering the damage. It’s really unfortunate that I now have to pay out of pocket to fix my mirror over something like this.
