Golden 1 partnered with Enterprise, the purchasing process itself was intended to be smooth, and initially it was. However, at the time of purchase, the salesman assured my husband that I would receive an additional key fob (add to the contract) and the manger assured the vehicle’s wheel alignment would be completed. It has now been one month and one week, and neither issue has been resolved. I have tried contacting the sales department multiple times by email and phone, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and follow‑through after the sale has been very disappointing. I would be able to give a higher rating because the buying transition was fairly easy, but due to the lack of follow‑through on promised items, I feel obligated to give a lower rating. @Jean I reach out the link. I was advised to contact the location directly. Alternatively, if you have the salesperson’s email address, you may reach out to them by email.

Enterprise does not include floor mats in their vehicles. It's standard procedure. Very strange! So make sure you save up to buy some of your own. Otherwise good place.
