- JAJocelyn AyalaSep 6, 20251.0This was our first time coming here, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor from the start. The person who was attending us didnt take the time to explain anything to us, and they didn’t even verify our personal information – which they got wrong. When it came time to pay, we were the first in line, and one of the employees actually told us to go to the cashier. But once we got there, the cashier rudely sent us back, telling us to "get back in line" even though we were already at the front. It was confusing and frustrating, especially since their coworker had just directed us there. To top it off, when it was time to get our key, the staff member helping us took over 15 minutes, while another employee managed to help four other customers in less than 10 minutes. To make things worse, when we finally got the car back, the inside had oil stains. They really need to work on their customer service and internal communication.
- MBMr BSep 7, 20231.0Everytime I come here, I always end up paying more for services and when I do pay less, my car will end up with additional problems within a few weeks. Jerry is not honest, that croak is prejudiced and racism. I never have any issues at Elk Grove Honda, not to mention my bill always less. I lived in Stockton and have come to this place many times, Elk Grove services are much better and no after problems.
