My sales associate Aaron Lowe was great. From our online conversations by email and text to meeting him in person. Professional friendly to my husband and young son. Test drive to show us features and switching seats to let myself drive. He kept the sales figures legit prior to financing and appreciate his time. If I was needing a new car I would contact him directly or provide his name as a referral.

Justin honestly changed my whole perspective on buying a car. The process felt smooth and comfortable from start to finish. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t rush me, and never made me feel pressured into choosing something I didn’t want. He actually took the time to understand what worked for me. My credit isn’t perfect, but he didn’t treat me any differently and still found a way to make things happen. On top of that, there was a long wait during the process and he even bought me lunch, which I really appreciated. That small gesture showed he genuinely cares about his customers. If you want someone who’s patient, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile, Justin is your guy. Highly recommend.

I am very grateful to Carlos, buying a car can be overwhelming, but he made the experience easy and he did not make me feel pressured to buying a car. Carlos honored the appraisal value of my old Honda to trade in and offered me an additional Honda loyalty discount. I highly recommend you make an appointment with him. I really liked his calm energy and the time he took to explain every detail and answer every question I had without rushing me to move forward, unlike the first salesman I made an appointment with. Aaron was a vulture, he offered me $500 for my trade-in vehicle and rudely pointed out all the wrong things that was wrong with my old Honda. This is the reason why I went to Carmax down the road to get an appraisal in the first place. I specifically told him over the phone that I was making an appointment to look at cars, not to buy one. After he try to pressure me into buying a car, I reminded him that my appointment was not to buy a car and he responded by saying that I made him come in on his day off, and that I was wasting his time. He scheduled the appointment in the first place. He also crossed the line by calling me, boo. It was the most uncomfortable experience having to deal with someone like Aaron. Therefore, ask for CARLOS when you go to this dealer.

My husband left a review 2 years ago about their experience with Stockton Honda. Last Sunday Alex's starter died and he had it towed to Stockton Honda this will be his 5th Honda he has, he sent it to Stockton Honda who charged him 250 to tell him starter is dead and the starter would not be in until Thursday (4 days), imagine the dealership doesnt have the part and needed 4 days. They offered a loaner car. When he went to pick it up he brought proof of insurance DL and his CC. He was denied for his age. Funny the bank trusts him to finance 3 of his cars, Geico and State Farm got him rentals after accident. But Stockton Honda denied him while being a full time student at Sac State and a full time chef. Thus, is discrimination in my eyes and forced a 250 dollar diagnostic fee. If you are under 25 or know what you're doing, or check for yourself stay away from thus dealership, my nieces who specializes in Honda clubs are spreading the word as well. Considering Honda tries to appeal to wide group including the young. Buy /service your car in LODI. TRACY ANYWHERE BUT STOCKTON HONDA!

My review is for their service department. The check engine light had come on on my father in law’s Pilot and it had stayed on for a few days., Unfortunately, the light went off as I was driving it to Stockton Honda to drop it off for a diagnosis on 1/12/26. I informed the service advisor of my concerns and told him that he could keep the car for a few weeks as my father in law would be out of the country during that time. The service advisor called me the next morning and said the check engine light was still off and that he would have his technician drive it in town to see if the light comes back on. Fast forward two weeks and I still haven’t heard from the service writer. When I dropped the vehicle off, he said he would communicate with me via text or email, as I told him my cell service is limited while I am at work, but I received no text message or email with any updates. I did not hear from him until I had to call on the day my father in law was returning home and told him that I needed the car back. He assured me that his technician drove it “multiple times” and the light still hadn’t come back on. I told him that I needed the car back and that I would bring it back at a later time if the check engine light came back on. I picked up the car on 2/7 around 12pm, paid the $150 diagnosis fee and headed home. As I am driving, I noticed the mileage was the same mileage it was when I dropped it off on 1/12. I checked my paperwork and noticed the mileage at drop off on 1/12 was 82,642 and the mileage recorded at the time the repair order was closed out states 82,653 miles. I took a picture of the current mileage as I got down the street with a date and time stamp to prove the vehicle did NOT have 82,653 miles on it as stated on my paperwork. The service writer finagled the mileage out on the paperwork to make it appear the vehicle was actually driven, as he stated he would have his technician do. I paid $150 for a diagnosis, but how do I know that diagnosis was actually performed when the service writer said he would have a technician drive it, but actually didn’t per the mileage? The amount of gas in the vehicle was also the same and the miles to empty indicator was also the same as it was at drop off. If the car was driven as they said it was, there would be less fuel and the miles to empty would be different. The car was filthy as if they parked it and it just sat for three weeks, so I know for a fact it was never driven, but the vehicle being dirty is beside the point. I paid $150 for them to literally do NOTHING. Do your research on where you are taking your vehicles for service. I currently work for a dealership and have been there for 22 years. I know how a service department is supposed to operate and Stockton Honda’s service department is essentially ripping people off if this is how they conduct business.
