However, we were just there yesterday getting our car washed. My mom always go through the non member side. She told the gentleman who was waiting on her that she didn't want to do the membership at this time. The employee literally kept asking her about 4 or 5 times why don't you want to do the membership. She kept telling him no. We don't come as often for us to use the membership. It wouldn't make sense for us to purchase it. It really made my mom uncomfortable and pressured. But were still going to come back and give them your business.
