She never did. I call again 3 hours later for an update and to ask again for a quote on the same car. Another lady said they have it, once they finish ringing another customer up, they will call me back. You guessed it. THEY NEVER DID. If you want simple service from this establishment, prepare to beg because thats how i felt like i was doing. I don't want the owner to reply to this message and say how can they fix this problem. Just train your front staff better. Also, don't lie to your potential customers. Added is a picture of my phone call history with them for proof.
