The guys here are friendly and give good customer service. It’s also a stereo shop and has cool decor inside. Also next to a Jack in the Box! I’ve done a vehicle switch here and also had my device calibrated a couple of times. 👍👍

- CJChris JanglesJul 7, 20255.0Installation went smoothly, however, the device drains your battery pretty fast when you're not using the car. I parked my car for two days and went to start it but it wouldn't start because the machine drained my battery. I got a jump and it started but it drained battery once again by the time I needed to use my car again. The customer service center said I needed to by a stop drizzle device, or something like that, to help the machine not drain so much power when not in use. Basically I have no choice now but to get a jump everytime I need to start my car. I recommend buying a portable jump starter to have handy if you have this machine in your car. Ultimately I chose to uninstall this device after a few weeks of having it installed. The manager Isiah made this process a breeze and even made things right by booking me an appointment to uninstall it personally free of charge and waived all other fees associated with the uninstall.
