I had a bit of trouble when i pick up the car that I book because they were under staff. Its took me an hour just to get a vehicle. Apparently every Sunday is the busy day of the week. They need to hire more people on Sundays.

After being mistreated by the Hertz next door, I walked into the office without an appointment, and after 10 minutes I was driving this brand new Toyota Corolla. Their customer service is excellent and helpful, not only in the office but on the road. I called because of a tire sensor fault, and they offered me a vehicle swap in the middle of nowhere if I didn't feel safe enough. This was a game changer. Finally, as a plus, this location is gated at night, so for people like me who left their vehicle overnight on the street by the fence, the peace of mind that your vehicle is going to be safe makes this a great location.
