After this wonderful experience from start to finish, I will rent a vehicle for all my trips and vacations. I will ALWAYS use Enterprise for vehicle rentals. Very very pleased with Enterprise.

I arrived at the Stockton Automall location at 2:39 PM and didn’t leave until 3:30 PM. The agent kept telling me the car “needed to be cleaned” and then said it “needed gas.” You’re a rental car company — the car should be ready when the customer arrives. That’s literally the job. To make it worse, people who arrived before me were given cars and left, while I was just sitting there waiting. The agent went to check on an Altima and then spent 25–30 minutes coming back and forth talking about how it had just been cleaned and now needed gas. Completely unacceptable. This was terrible customer service, unorganized, and a waste of my time. I finally gave up, took a Lyft to the Sacramento airport, and rented from National instead — where I had zero issues. National would never operate like this. Do yourself a favor and CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Never again, Enterprise.
